Interesting find (m3 conversion content)

I was looking through craigslist and came across this. Looks to be an e30 m3 conversion of some sorts. Might be a cool project. Have any of you guys checked it out?

No it's the real thing. The suspension was sold years ago and a 4 lug was put on to roll it around. The M20 came shortly afterward.

Think it was a salvage chassis or to that effect. But add an e36 m3 front end and some Z3M rear stuff and a S5X and be fun project.
