Need some local help.. Willing to pay in Central NJ

Hello r3v.. I have a 90 325is that I put a new motor and new harness in. It has an existing fuel cell from the PO but with the new motoro and harness, I can not get the motor to turn over. It cranks but does not start completely. It has to be a wiring issue I am overlooking with the fuel cell set up. I am willing to pay someone to come take a look at it and help me diagnose the issue. I am located in Piscataway, NJ. I pull the motor and harness from a running car so I know it runs which makes me believe it is not getting the correct fuel ratio.

I might be around thursday, have to go to guten parts to get some stuff and its about 30 min from you.

Check your crank sensor/spark plug impulse sensor wires..they use the same plug and can accidentally be swapped.
