    Auto Salvage/Junkyards on Long Island?

Any R3v members here know of salvage yards on Long Island or maybe Queens and Brooklyn? Specifically looking for the window trim for an e30 sedan and lots of people recommend not having them shipped as they bend easily.

    Thanks

Every auto salvage place I have been to on the island has pretty much laughed at me when I ask about e30 parts.

That's discouraging and also the same reaction I got from a few yards that I called.

Most salvage yards on LI won't let you have at it in a way pick n pulls will. Mostly for insurance reasons.

This same thing has happened up near me. Even if there were any E30s in yards nearby (there aren't), I'll never know the joy of roaming around looking for stuff to pull...:(

Then I guess its time for a trip upstate to pick-n-pull yards since I don't see any nearby.
