I'm trying to become successful in real estate without being a douchebag

I recently got my NJ real estate license and joined a Remax office in Central Jersey. Starting out in this business is tough so I'm trying to spread the word! I'd love to help you or someone you know find or sell a house!

I work mainly in Middlesex, Union, Monmouth, Somerset and Morris but I'm always down to travel!

All I ask is that you please keep me in mind.

Feel free to PM me or call/text me on my cell ( 908 ) 494-7238

    Any other agents on R3v?

This type of thread is a great way to come across as a real estate agent.

Its all about networking OP. I have my license also but I act as a referral agent while keeping my day job. You should start with friends and family, then your friends family...sort of like selling CutCo. knives lol. It takes a long time to develop your clientele. my .02

Better go start knocking on doors. It isn't easy. You need to put yourself in front of people who want to buy or sell. My dad has been doing it for 40 years and I would probably never consider getting into the business. Good luck.

Well, the best way to become a successful real estate agent is to drive a white 2011 550i M sport. That's what they do in Palm Beach.

In all seriousness, I have no idea how to become a good real estate agent. But, best of luck to you - hopefully you do great and buy lots of bimmers... :)

You should buy a racecar. You will meet lots of people with money. You can sell houses to the successful racers and help the unsuccessful sell theirs to fund their hobby.
