I have a garage parking spot at 33 Hudson St on the Jersey City waterfront that's available for sublet for the remainder of the month of June. It's a nice garage utilized mostly by tenants of the attached luxury highrise apartment and employees of the Goldman Sachs office tower next door. The garage is located in a nice part of Jersey City close to the PATH and NY Waterways ferry to NYC, Hudson-Bergen NJTransit Light Rail line, not to mention proximity to both the Holland Tunnel as well as I-78. The monthly rate for non-tenants is $300 but I'm obviously willing to work with interested parties on the price.
