Reputable shops for rebuild and turbo

Have a 1989 5-Speed 325i Convertible with 178,000 miles. Car is bone stock with zero mods (not even an upgraded air filter). Looking to get the motor rebuilt and eventually turbo'd. Any reputable shops around the tristate area that will do the rebuild and possibly lead me into the right setup for a turbo kit? Also looking into getting my entire drivetrain overhauled (bushings, mounts, suspension, differential, maybe axles, etc.). Maybe you guys can point me to somewhere that you've had some parts installed and did a good job.
    I am located in Brooklyn.

    thanks in advance
    best regards,
    Brad

Olde time service in Chicopee ma is a good shop. They do mostly muscle cars, but they definitely have the expertise to rebuild an m20. I used to work there. Attention to detail is bar none

just contacted them, do you guys happen to know the cost for something like this? Looking to know a definite answer to the end run cost for a built M20 with turbo compared to a LS1 swap

The cost will most likely depend on your power goals and that determines which parts and motor prep are necessary.

They move? That Sunoco station is empty.

450 wheel/500-520 crank max, if its attainable without going overboard on expenses. still no answer from maximumPSI, i'll probably be better off visiting their shop. But has anyone tried autoCouture motoring or any shops down the NYC region into Long island?

I have been dealing with OffCamberMotorsports in Dover, they are doing an LS swap e30 for a customer now. They have always taken care of me.

I can do all of the suspension bits, can help with the rebuild as well. To be totally honest, I've never built a turbo car but have several customers that have turbo'd E30's. I'm sure we could come up with something.
