new e30 owner help- electrical/interior

i just bought 1987 e30 vert, i need some basic help

speedo and windshield wipers work intermittently, speedo go on and off when i go over bumps. i dont know this car enough to play with wiring.
can someone help me with it, im willing to do the work just need some guidance

also looking for interior rear seats, black, gray or red

have a question, 4th gear of manual tranny pops out and i hear grinding noise, happens often, does this mean gearbox is done? all other gears are solid.
