I disassembled the 2 halfs of the shaft and kept them marked for alignment. I have the new CSB and housing installed onto its shaft oriented like the old one and the clip that holds bearing onto shaft...

I would try what digger recommended. Rtv, finger tight, when dry torque. I stupidly didn't use rtv on my rocker plugs so I'll be re doing mine soon.
