Good notes. Like the point about the seats, I also find them pretty comfortable, although it's on my list to add a little more foam for lumbar support.
Yeah E30's are pretty capable even...

Chopped up the CBR 125r rear fender this morning.
No fender eliminator kits are made for this gen. I suspect this is because the rear fender is one piece with the rear tail/cargo compartment.....Leave a comment:

Took friday off work and got about 3 hours of wrenching in!
Felt good to get back into it.
Trimmed the T4 flange back as much as possible. If I was doing this turbo kit from scratch...Last edited by Panici; 05-31-2026, 10:38 AM.Leave a comment:

I've always "bench bled" the slave for the best results.
AKA stroking the slave piston by hand (while connected to the master) before even starting with the pressure bleeding.

That looks like a fun list. I remember borrowing a buddies GPz750 for a few weeks back in the day, great vibe from the 80s stuff.
Would like to see pics when you have them!...Leave a comment:

I've used SPAL fans with deleted mechanical fans.
No AC systems though which add a lot of heat load.Leave a comment:
