I believe the front bellhousing could be swapped from DZ to BZ if one wants the correct angle. But I can't confirm this.

I'd just do proper valve lapping with those and drive happily, unless the plans are to build some really carefully built race engine.

I've never seen 6-3-1 design used for inline6 here. In which specific case it is beneficial over 6-2-1 ?
