Picturesfrom Sunday the 22nd Chattanooga, Meet(56K no!)

Hi guys, here are some pics of the meet we did in Chattanooga Sunday. We only had 4 cars show up, my 88 325is, Chris's 87 325e(sporting m3 springs), Tylor's E34, and another guys E34 who's name I can't remember. Any ways We did a fun Drive Up Mott-lake Mountain in northern Chattanooga. Tylor road with me as he wanted to get some nice pictures.
    On to the pictures........
    On the way there

On the way up the mountain

Tylor Didn't get any pic on the way down as I hualed ass down the mountain, but he did shoot about 1min worth of video  Let's just say it was about 50-60sec from the time I parked at the bottom untill any one else showed up and all 4 of my rotors were steaming.
Well the Other guy in the E34 had to leave early so We did the road again just me and Chris.

We then got on the interstate to head to next road and I decided to floor it as there is around a 4 mile strait stretch.

Chris in the poor eta couldn't keep up
At the top of Signel Mountain

Coming down the W-road(called that for a series of 3 90 degree hairpins)

Any ways it was a great meet.

Cool, next meet is planned for sometime near the end of march. We're going to meet in Chattanooga, then drive up to Knoxville where Micheal H will take us for a drive on the Dragon and some other roads.

I was Maxing out 4th gear, I've had te car to 135mph before on a down hill strech and was maxing out 5th then. Chris in the Eta said he hit around 112 in 4th but didn't have the power to keep up and also from 60 mph up on the interstate that he had no chance of catching up.

at 135 in 5th you still have 16 mph to go until stock rev limiter ;)

Chris, im loving the look with the M3 springs. Thats exactly what i want to be looking like. Are you using any diff shocks?
How is the ride with them?

Chris isn't a member on this board so I'll answer for him, He is running KYB Gas struts(same as on the M3 stock). So far it sounded like he likes them a lot, he just got them installed Saturday the day before the meet so it was a good testing ground for them.
Bryson-I could of hit the limiter maybe but my exit was coming up. It was 7 a.m. on a sunday morning with no one out, you wouldn't believe the look on the mustang driver's face as I blew past him 8) I want to go back out there again some morning to see if I can hit it but have been to chicken, Once you hit that speed once you're afraid to ever do it again.
Ya the E34 are sexy, Tylor's e34 didn't get in any of the shots but it's black, but he said the car is great to take pictures of but not as great to drive, but he had a blast riding in my 88 325is down the mountain. He almost started to wish he still had his 87 325is instead of the E34.

on your cluster pic, why do you have an 84/85/early 86 gauge cluster? you have 3 red lights and no white letterered antilock label

good Eye James, the car has had around 3 different clusters in it and this was the only one I could get to work. I installed an 90 325i cluster but the coolant guage and tach didn't work. I've been looking to try to find the 87 or 88 cluster as I've got plenty of pre87 cluster but have ahd no luck.
