m20b25 annoying Rattle. (Need advice what it could be)

engine runs fine, no issues there. but it has decided it wants to rattle when I rev it. sounds like it's coming from the timing gear assembly (maybe the tensioner?) I don't know, I have little knowledge with the m20's since I bought this car a few weeks ago and it's been having this noise for about 1000km's now and it has not changed at all in terms of loudness. If anyone has ideas what it could be I would appreciate it. I am guessing its the tensioner.. hopefully not rod knock, definitely doesn't sound like rod knock to me though.. video to help the diagnosing; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xi2eg1tFBXI
If something in my post is unclear I am from Finland so my english isn't perfect but any ideas on what it would be is appreciated. :thankyou:

is it louder with the oil cap removed? If so, remove the valve cover and inspect to make sure nothing is broken.

Belt is off, appeared to be in decent shape. However I think I found the culprit, i'm pretty sure the tensioner should not be very easy to rotate freely like mine does and it also has some play on it. Look at this video and tell me what you guys think, is this the reason for the rattling noise? https://youtu.be/xyhsebletM0

Belt, tensioner and waterpump changed. Rattling noise went away but instead I have a small leak from the waterpump as far as I can tell, I made sure the gasket was properly fitted but it still seems to be dripping coolant.. Bleh
