140KP equivalent to 798lbs/in progressive. Originally meant for 95 M3 but fits E30, E36, Z3 and more as long as you use the upper spring hat and rubber sleeve from a 95 M3. (E30 or 96-99 M3 hat will not work).
These were discontinued long ago, i bought them from turner motorsports around 2006. I sold the M3 before i could use them so they are practically new, never mounted. Little dusty from storage.

Yes can you dig it? Back in the day they were available in all the way up to 1400 lb/in.

do you know if they are also a lowering spring? Need some stiffer springs but don't want to be too low

They will lower your car by approximately 2 to 2.5” depending on model.
since these are race springs, I also recommend shock upgrade.

Stock E30 spring is about 16" in length. This spring is half that length. In case any of you were wondering. Same length as IE Stage 3 or regular HR Race but progressively stiffer than either of those linear springs.
