Because the Smoky Mountains are home to..
- US129 - The Tail of the Dragon
- The Great Smoky Mountain National Park
- The Cherohala Skyway
- Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge
- Black Bears (yay!)
- Dollywood (double yay!)
- Redneck Hillbilly stereotypes and much more!..

Itinerary (Subject to Change)

Thurs. May 15th
* 12PM-6PM - Meet & Greet / Setup Camp / Check-In
* 6PM-10PM - Dinner / Campfire Super Funtime
* 10PM-8AM - Campground Quiet Time (Campground Rules)

Friday May 16th
* 8AM-9AM - Morning Dragon Run to Deals Gap, NC
* 9AM-10AM - Breakfast at Deals Gap, NC
* 10AM-1PM - Scenic Drive from Deals Gap, NC to Gatlinburg, TN
* 1PM-4PM - Lunch and Tour Gatlinburg (ride carts, purchase airbushed T-Shirt, etc.)
* 4PM-5:30PM - Scenic Drive back to campground
* 6PM-10PM - Dinner & Campfire hangout time

Sat. May 17th
* 8AM-9AM - Morning Dragon Run
* 9AM-10AM - Breakfast again at the Deals Gap Lodge
* 10AM-11AM - Drive to Fontana Damn (Good Photo Op)
* 11AM-12PM - Drive to Robinsville, NC
* 12PM-1PM - Lunch in Robinsville, NC
* 1PM-4PM - Drive the Cherohala Skyway Loop (With stops along the way)
* 4PM-6PM - Arrive back at the Campground / Make Extra Dragon runs / Relax
* 6PM-8PM - Group Cookout
* 8PM-10PM - More Campfire funtime

Sun. May 18th
* 9AM-10AM - Morning Dragon Run
* 10AM-11AM - Breakfast at the Deals Gap Lodge
* 11AM-12PM - Dragon Run (Back to campground)
* 12PM-2PM - Clean Up / Pack Up / Kiss and Say Goodbye

Important Information!

How to Register
This time around I am asking people who plan on attending to contact me to be added to the registration list. You can contact me via PM or email. Please do not contact me unless you are serious about attending.

I am also asking that all people who are interested in joining the group cookout on Saturday to chip in $10 per plate.


What to Bring
- Tent (each campsite is required to pitch 1 tent - Per Park Rules)
- Fire wood (you cannot chop down any trees in the park)
- 2 Way Radio
- Food & Drink
- $15 per campsite per night (up to 6 people per campsite)
- Plenty of Gas Money
- Bug Repellent (Off!)
- Flashlight
- Plastic Tarp (because you never know.)

Additional Information

There is one picnic table and fire pit at each site and 2 bathroom facilities located on the campgrounds.

Beware, TN Troopers will most likely be out looking for dumbass drivers so please drive responsibly. Driving like an irresponsible idiot makes the whole group look like a bunch of BMW jackasses.

I will be there friday around 6-8pm. Depends on when I get out of work and how late the others are. Sponce and Jimbo should be with me.

I will bring my own food for Saturday to save headaches. Also pay for me for 1 night like before for a good site!

I will either be in 89 325i or 99 M3. Unknown right now.

yea he should be coming down with me. the jetta guy is going to a car show down in GA so all the vw guys are just going to drive through on the way down and back so you guys wont see the only 2 door mk4 jetta in person. i have some work to do before my car is ready but it will for sure be there
