My Zinno was an oddball, was ordered with a 293 interior which is silver interior. I have not seen that combo in any other Zinno.

No real update, still finding time to pull the wipers to start rebuilding some metal work around the windshield. I've decided I may go back to Zinno for paint color, after seeing some other re-painted cars.

Don't do henna. Stay with zenno, just like BMW and the VIN wanted the car color to be.

If you haven't already, just order a new cowl piece... much easier, and not hard to replace that rotted one.
                Below the radar...

Ok...here is probably one of the bigger updates. Pic heavy, but worth it!

I've been having our bodyshop painter work on the car on the side, fit it in when he can kinda thing. It was super slow a few weeks ago and Bobby was able to get the entire car ready for paint. Metal worked all the dents, cut out some rust and glued in some new panels under the battery tray. Besides the windshield and battery tray there was no other rust, which was good. I did however need to replace the drivers door(was repaired previously, very poorly). Onto the photos. The bumpers and doors have not been painted yet, we had a bad hail storm so Bobby has been working like mad to finish customers cars.

First up is gluing in the new cowl section. It was very easy to drill the old spot welds and remove the old rusted panel.

We chose to glue(or bond) the piece as it was A. Easier and B. Stronger than spot welds. All the new cars are bonded together, so why not use it here? We did weld the edges to the body of the car, along the factory welds. And here is the final product!

                  Another step closer:

All the body parts, ready to go! I think blue car is jealous :/

In the booth, mask her up!

And..... Back to nice shiny factory zinnoberot!! So happy I stuck with factory color! These are photos of it pre-polishing etc. This is out of the booth. I have seen it polished and damn. I will share them soon :)

That's it for now. I have some photos of it polished, and outside. It is amazing. Need to upload them still. The other parts should be painted and ready by the end of the month...fingers crossed!

In other news I just bought some 16x8 BBS RS's, haven't decided on rubber yet. I am currently looking for new front seats, and deciding if I want to 4-point it or not...

                  Thanks for looking!

                            UPDATE!

I still have the car, i'm still working on it.... A lot has happened I guess and the car has been sitting in storage for a year. So I bought a house and ya know, priorities. Yard work, painting, all the fun adult things! I moved the car to my house about a month ago and have started the assembly process. I've managed to install my crack-free dash and the front end. I have evo brake ducts and tow hook covers to paint/install still. Here are a few photos to hold yall over. Still need to paint the sunroof, side skirts, and mirrors. Still need to finish the interior and install glass. Slowly but surely.

Need to also finish my wheels and mount tires. the list goes on...and on...and on
