FS: Recaro LX-B seats

I have a pair of vintage Recaro LX-B seats for sale. These are a popular upgrade for many 70s/80s European sports cars - BMW E12, E24, E28, E30, Porsche 911, VW MK1, MK2, etc. They accept the typical six-bolt Recaro seat bracket.

Please see the pictures for condition. The seat that was used as the driver's shows some wear, but the passenger side unit is in overall decent condition, especially considering their age.

Price is $400 picked up and I am not interested in trades of any kind. I am willing to ship at your expense. I believe they would fit in a u-haul wardrobe box of some sort, if they were disassembled. I'm happy to talk with a seriously interested party about that.

Oh man, these are so cool. It's between an older set of Recaro's like this, Corbeau GTS II, or some plain old black sport seats, but people are asking absurd prices for those.

You can buy the Recaro Specialist brand new for $900. It is the same seat as the Recaro LX.

As you can see, the seats for sale were from the 80-90s. The foam and upholstery were bad. Reupholstering would've cost you more than $500.
