Problem still persists with a rigged connector, starting to think there is a short in the wire or something. Going to check voltage while driving tonight, as well jump it straight from the battery and drive. The pump is only getting about 11.3 V while idle, stays the same when you rev it. I was thinking the pump should be around 13-14 volts though, is that correct? I sit in the back while my dad drives it and when it starts acting crazy you can hear the pump cutting off and on..
