The GTA isn't around but he does have 4 milano 3.0s sitting around. As for that sprint it is getting restored fully and turned into a race car for a guys wife.

There's always new stuff coming in. I feel bad for not sharing the Alfa goodness.

I would prefer one of the vintage cars for sure...but Milanos are more aligned with my modest means of acquisition ;)

Thanks for helping celebrate the Duetto's 50th anniversary. Here are mine.
Speaking of your car, I just found this shot on someone's FB page. Nice work staying clear of that mess.

Not sure where the pic was taken, it wasn't mentioned. All I know is that I was looking at the pic and thought "Hey I know that car!"

Latefan is correct, that's T3A/B, and I remember that near miss from a couple years ago. Luckily everyone came out okay. Many bugged eyes and clenched ani.

That's an amazing picture, and precisely why my race car's engine has Carrillo rods.

This popped up on my facebook feed this morning.

                      the story behind it.
Photo gallery, profile and history of the 1932 Alfa Romeo 8C 2300, chassis 2211079, recently found after being 'lost' for more than 70 years.

It always amazes me when things like this pop up.

                        ^^ cool story.

decay - has that rod gone out the bottom and bounced hard off the ground before it ended up in that pic? Crazy!

rulez! (from that great site Blackbird posted)

                            wow... Did he get hit?

Just some comments on those very interesting photos...

                            - It's like a space frame race car with all the modern road car shit hung off of it every which way. Little aluminum outriggers holding the body panels.

                            - The trunk is just a big laundry tub.

                            - Nice to see those side scoops actually do functional things.

                            - What seals all that body area from road spray and shit getting everywhere? Does it have complicated plastic wheelwell liners?

                            - What a bear to get all the panels aligned and the rear hatch to shut right!

                            - Look at how deep the door sills are.
