Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, wrestling around kicking ass or getting your ass kicked can be a great stress reliever and great exercise.

Also, shooting guns. Blowing holes in shit down range is a ton of fun and a great way to relieve some pent up stress.

100% on yoga! Also gin! A nice strong martini puts you at ease. And I'm pretty sure its a lucky drink... at least for me.

I echo the exercise suggestions....been making regular exercise a part of my routine for years. It keeps my life in a 'balance' of sorts and I mix things up to keep it from getting boring: biking (commuting mostly), free weights and weight machines, yoga, run/walk.

I usually hit up the pink taco stand or punch paper at the range. Exercise seems to do the job too (at least from what I hear...). May have to give that a shot sometime.

                    Pick up a sport!

I just fixed both of my mountain bikes and it's a great way for me to disappear for a while. Gets expensive when I break things tho.

Go to the shooting range and blast off some rounds. Works everytime...
