No, for several reasons: (1) AFAIK, only one company presently makes them, Competition Concepts: http://tinyurl.com/ycsw79k Even with a GB, this was out of my my price range -- spending $1K on the suspension gives much more bang for the buck. The pic on their web site is Ron Checca's GrpA M3 race car, with no expense spared (well over $100K).
(2) I considered a fiberglass dash, more palatable at $400, but my race car still has AC (at least for now), so we decided to modify the stock dash. http://tinyurl.com/y85p2pb
(3) Half the folks in the door panel GB bought street panels, and this CF dash is obviously for race use. Also, replacing door panels is a snap, while replacing a dash is a big project. So a much smaller potential pool, with limited use, higher price, and more difficult installation.
That's not to say you can't make a an OE dash in CF, but given the mold complexity, and separate trim parts (glove box, etc.), I'm not you can get it much cheaper.
