Hey, I actually have a BMW tech related question. My friend has an 05 545I. His battery is dead and he needs a new one. Is it really true the entire car needs to be re-programmed and synced to the battery???? I wouldn't put it past BMW (or Audi) to manufacture a top of the line car that way, i just never heard of anything like that.
