Mine idles at 1k. For fuel I run 76, and put in plus. That chevron stuff is shit. For mods I got full exhaust with no cat, msd2 blaster coil, cone air filter intake, and I'm running the Bosch E-4 plugs. I'm also using Mobil one for oil, it helps a lot more than people say.
