Hey, the E36 mount arms will require you to sit the motor mounts into the outer (slotted) hole of the subframe. If you have a reinforced subframe you will have to grind back out the lower reinforcement tab all the way until you can manage to get the nut tightened. Proper and only confirmed way I found to do this swap with reinforced subframe so far is to use AKG mounts because they will mount into the stock subframe hole. GL
