You came recommended to me by ncsubowen, who you are doing a 5 speed swap for.
I have had an ongoing e30 project for quite sometime and have sank lots of money in it without much use. It has a m50NV and about two years ago I rebuilt the top end only to find out the bottom end was cracked.
I'm picking up an m50nv at the end of this month from Vancouver BC. I have done alot of work on the car in the past, there is a metric mechanics variable LSD, a rebuilt close-ratio 320i transmission, ground control coilovers, etc.
The swap should be straight forward because the chassis already has an m50nv.
It's going to need an overall check-up, which will lead to additional maintenance and the fuel lines to be replaced.
Please let me know if you have the time and interested in taking on this project or if you can point me in the right direction.
