Getting ready to fxkshitup! justkeeding. Just starting to pull things apart =)
Advantage of being little. :D haven't worn these vans since I had weights in high school!
Of course working on car is never smooth, but didn't expect a problem already.
Now I see why this car is salvaged . I'm not sure if you could tell, but this image is taken from the bottom of the car . Radiator support that is, as you could see if crumpled up and smashed into the car. Should I get a new one and weld it back on? What do you guys suggest?
Today I ordered oil pan dipstick set. Where can I get e21 motor mounts and e28 tranny mounts around bay area, does anyone know?
Thanks and keep checking back . After swap is done , well celebrate with some really fun photoshoots ;)
Yep, I'd definitely take care of the core support. If for no other reason than the fact that you will want to run a skid plate (which bolts to the underside of the core support) after you do your swap. The E34 Oil Pan hangs down a lot farther than your M42 pan.
Love the Alpineweiss-over-Cardinal coupe! It would look SHWEET with Hella Smoked Euro lights!
Your boyfriend! Where your boyfriend at? Is he gettin’ you refreshments? Is he tall? Is he gettin’ you Mike n’ Ikes? Oh you like Mike n’ Ikes? Is he hefty? Is he comin’ back? Where your boyfriend at? Where your boyfriend at? Where your boyfriend?
I think is literally the first time that r3v has seen a girl start and **hopefully finish** an engine swap. I'm sure that won't be difficult though, you've got a shit load of help it seems.
Also, make sure you hit up some local DE's and auto-x's around your area to fully harness the power of that motor. It's a lot of engine for a small and light car.
maybe some girls just want to remain anonymous after doing their swap.

That car looks familiar. Didn't someone on here have it before?
I think(?) it's the same car Danny was selling with a blown head gasket.
