Did some more test fit (with spring removed) and trimming inside fender. Here is some pictures on the wheel without tire:

Shock clearance. If you look carefully, you will see that I had to cut the spring support on the chassis to mount the wheel.
Now with 235/40 Toyo RA1. This is the position where the tire contact the fender, just barely before the wheel contact the fender.
Is is possible to run a setup like this and to avoid the wheel contacting the fender without pulling more on the fender? How high of spring rate should I run? I actually have soft 300lb/in with 60mm drop.
I have seen so many pictures of setup that was looking like the wheel would contact the fender is the suspension travel was going to allow it...
I don't what the wheel to destroy the fender on big bump...
