It just seems that he is young and did not think this through. How bout we give him a chance to redeem himself? I am sure everyone would like to receive their stuff. I suggest we give him 20 days to get this stuff to us, while no one will cancel their dispute with paypal. Once we get our stuff we can cancel the disputes. This way we get our parts and DPI gets some of his credibility back (plus his paypal account will stay untarnished).

I think that paypal will take longer than 20 days to get anything resolved anyway. We really have nothing to lose by giving this a shot.

So you want to give him the 3 weeks (21 days) he already has had plus another 20 days? That is almost 6 weeks that should not take more than 2 weeks to make happen.

No thanks, plus he has at least already done the refund to my account and all I am waiting on is paypal to review and approve the transaction. I hate it had to come to this but business is business. I have owned 2 business' before and currently have 4, so something like this is the price you pay when doing business. You offer a service and take someones money, you do not take 6 weeks to make good on the products without at least first hand knowledge and before payment was made. So when you goto a steak house and order food do you get upset when your dinner is not in front of you within a reasonable time, YES. This is no different and to compound problems when you find out from the supplier there is no order placed as of yet it makes you wonder WTF? Kosla do as you wish though.

I will take judgement on this as I see fit. Thanks for the refund DPI hope there is not a problem with paypal approving the claim, if there is, you will be hearing from me again. If there is not a problem, good luck and you will not be hearing from me again.

i would like to add other input to this dilemma. i bought a stainless exhaust from ireland when this group buy was going on. I asked him about a group buy for sway bars and he said he hadn't heard about it. Looking back i now see it as suspicious but never did i think that i should have mentioned it. Irelands stuff has always been shipped to me in record time right from them so i've never bothered to buy from any other vendors.

another note: a member on here didn't ship an item that i paid with paypal. Paypal took 1 day from what i can remember to approve my dispute. i bet that since this is a large scale screw up paypal will have to look at this thoroughly.

wow i almost got in on this too, but its happened to me before on the reiger replica lip, still havne't recieved mine and it was too late to file a claim, i hope you guys get your money back

AGREED and something I find strange is that everytime I am in this thread looking whats up it seems there is always a lurker or two or more as guests at the bottom of the page. Makes one wonder who is always checking in on the thread.
