    Where in sunroof?

Front? Back? When open or closed?

LHS when closed, when open i'm not sure. Found out how to open it but is there anything that commonly comes loose to cause rattles?

Probably the crossmember inside the sunroof slapping against fabric of the headliner panel. How to fix it? Turn the music up a notch.

          slide panel back halfway

unclip headliner panel from metal panel (see front edge of panel)

slide headliner panel back into the "roof" portion

          close sunroof, and tilt up

          remove 6 torx bolts

          done

Is this how you remove the sunroof? Is it really that simple? I need to take mine out for paint.

            Thanks!

could be the tabs are rusting off causing something to come loose and rattling.

                Hopefully its not that.
