Sounds like you have two leaks. Common one for the jack pocket in the trunk is the antenna grommet, tail lights and trunk gasket. Mind as well check the trunklid adjustment as well. I also had a leak on the passenger rear floor only. My issue was the top seal allowing water to drip onto the seat and pool in the rear footwell. My rear quarter seal isn't great and wasn't touching the glass where it meets the door causing a gap. I conditioned the seal, adjusted the rear quarter glass and door, then installed weather stripping on top of the old vertical seal between the rear and door glass. So far, so good.

So I took off one side of my soft top by unbolting the 3 nuts. Lifted it and found the drain in the top storage area.

Poured a bottle of water in there and traced the leak coming into my rear seat area. The water was also building up on the floor behind my driver seat.

Here is a pic of where the water is coming from:

I'm assuming it is clogged somewhere although most of the water does drain from underneath the car under the driver seat.

Anyone know how I can unclog the drain or have any other ideas?

I think I found the culprit for the rear seat leak. Like others mentioned its the hole covered by sticker under the soft top mounting bracket. I didnt realize it was there until i poked around with a screw driver. This is definitely why the water is leaking in the picture above.

I figured out my truck leak. I took off the spoiler to paint the car and I guess the seals were old or fell off and didn't complately seal. The rear passenger side floor was one of the body plugs was loose. And now the drivers side floor somehow got soaking over the winter with a car cover over it so I assume it's anot her body plug.

Not sure about water on the cabin floor in a vert, other than thru the top. Hose it down?
I know I am bumping an old thread, sorry :)

However, where is the vent gasket that is being talked about?

There are vents in both rear quarters hidden by the sides of the bumper. You can see them from inside the rear side wells.

Gasket replacement is simple once you remove the bumper. The vent units are just held in place by plastic tabs, and can be removed without tools.

I had the same issue you described a while back, replaced tonneau cover seal and that fixed it.

lol still haven't found the rear floor leak. To me it seems like its from evaporating water... cause I've had my car cover on the car about 2 weeks ago for a week or two and noticed that the rear floor was wet. Explains why i can't see where the leak is and next year ill have to take the carpets out and seal up the body plugs in the rear floor. Cars put away for the winter now
