Does it include extended bolts or just spacers? Can that be added on for extra?

I don't know about the front, but you can't do a 10mm spacer on the rear with a 57.1mm hubcentric lip. The hub itself extends about 12-13mm.
Here's is a pic with a 10mm spacer, and a hub extender that I made, since 2-3mm of hub doesn't do anything, since most wheels have a tapered bore.
