Also replace your control arm bushings with e34 m5 bushings at the first sign of the 50mph wobble.
Nice find on the manual, mine is an 88 735i automatic. The auto trans isn't bad if you service it every 30k lol.'91 318i (Alpine) - daily

If you need any bits, lemme know. I've got those two 750iLs I'm slowly partsing.
Car looks fantastic. Should bring it to the Vintage ;)1974.5 Jensen Healey : 2003 330i/5

You can try running your heater for a while to unstick the flap. Mine gets stuck sometimes on cold mornings. If that doesn't work it's probably broken.
Clutch upgrade not necessary. Sachs makes a heavier HD pressure plate for the m30 if you're looking to go for more power. Otherwise I'd stick with a stock clutch for cost/drivability. The lower control arm bushings are the only real weak point.

Great looking E32! I saw the ad on ATL craigslist. Great deal! Glad to see it go to an enthusiast.
The "heater mixer valves" got stuck on my old E34 and it gave me the same problem. Replaced it with a used unit and that fixed it.'91 "318is" slick top M50 turbo
