Also replace your control arm bushings with e34 m5 bushings at the first sign of the 50mph wobble.

Nice find on the manual, mine is an 88 735i automatic. The auto trans isn't bad if you service it every 30k lol.
Thanks for the tip panda. What about the clutch.. E28M5 clutch?

I miss my 87, I just got a lead on a one owner 88' with 33K miles on it. Thinking about it....these cars are my favorite dailys.

        Original 5speed is dope. Congrats!

Get Moosehead control arm bushings. It'll be the last set you ever put on the car.

                  Of course!

If you need any bits, lemme know. I've got those two 750iLs I'm slowly partsing.

Car looks fantastic. Should bring it to the Vintage ;)

I most likely will..I can always bring the e30, but those and 2002s are dime a dozen there.

You can try running your heater for a while to unstick the flap. Mine gets stuck sometimes on cold mornings. If that doesn't work it's probably broken.

Clutch upgrade not necessary. Sachs makes a heavier HD pressure plate for the m30 if you're looking to go for more power. Otherwise I'd stick with a stock clutch for cost/drivability. The lower control arm bushings are the only real weak point.

Oh yeah, a manual trans e32 is always a welcome addition. There seems to be a cool niche following for those at the show.

Good to know.. I'll try running the heat for a while, see if that does the trick on the flap. As far as the clutch goes, I'll stay with stock then. The car has a small leak from rear main seal. I'm going to do clutch at the same time. PO doesn't know when the last time the clutch was done.

Great looking E32! I saw the ad on ATL craigslist. Great deal! Glad to see it go to an enthusiast.

The "heater mixer valves" got stuck on my old E34 and it gave me the same problem. Replaced it with a used unit and that fixed it.
