Still no new video yet....Urrrrr.
So I looked up the guy's web page. It's not the first time they've transplanted a motor into a mini (sadly, no long forum video) Looking at these pics...I have huge hope for the rest of this build.

There should be an update soon.
In the mean time. I found another video series that I think is kinda awesome.
Australian couple, buys a boat online, sight un-seen Then fly to where it is in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Spend a month repairing it. Upgrades, ect. Then sails it around the NW passage to Alaska. Lots of motor problems(they have to repair while sailing, or at the dock), and dealing with fuel, water, rebuilding the motor, internet connection at sea. Also lots of amazing photography too.
Well worth it to watch on a lazy Saturday.
