Duly noted guys and thanks for the interest. Im hoping they will ship to me this week so shouldn't be long.
The feedback I'm getting from the mfg on the tonneau cover shocks suggests a fairly long lead time and a higher cost than I would like to be able to deliver a great value to everyone so those are on hold for the time being.Seat Shocks....I have passed the baton to John Christy from Ninestitch. You need some sort of clamp to install them. I used a big metal C clamp cut notches in the faces of the clamp to hold the shock. I found it impossible to do the seat back shocks without removing the adjuster mechanism from the seat.1992 325i Cabrio

I'm really looking for feedback for the seat bottom since they are lower pressure than the factory shock. I can get closer to the factory 500N if necessary but then it's more sku's and less flexibility in how I pack them etc etc. This way it's one size fits all as long as everyone is satisfied.
If we do step up the bottom pressure I'll work with everyone who bought this first round to provide an easy upgrade option.Seat Shocks....I have passed the baton to John Christy from Ninestitch. Email John or Garrett at ninestitch1@gmail.com

I have just spoken with the factory to confirm the next order. I should receive them next week and will circle back to everyone who has expressed interest.
FYI each set moving forward will contain 2x350N and 2x450N (for the bottom). Note that the industry standard for these is +/- 10% so these should be more than adequate. I'm also confirming that these do have a 1 yr warranty so if they fail within that time it can be replaced.
I'm reminded that they MUST be installed with the piston facing down to insure the seals stay lubricated and again, for those who have already ordered, if you want to swap out for the 450N or pick some up in addition (at a discount) please PM me and let me know your preference.
Thanks again everyoneLast edited by jeffnhiscars; 03-21-2016, 10:10 AM.Seat Shocks....I have passed the baton to John Christy from Ninestitch. Email John or Garrett at ninestitch1@gmail.com
