So i just put H&R Sport Springs w/ KYB shocks on and while i loved the ride height, the ride was closer to stock than i wanted. I bought some used koni sports from a fellow r3vr and after thinking about it and looking at a lot of pics i ordered some H&R Race springs. My goal was to have about the same ride height as my Sports were giving me but a firmer ride.
I decided to do the rear of the car first and was really bummed when i put the car on the ground cause it was a lot lower than before, like 1.25 inches lower.
Being bummed i called it a night and decided to put the Sport springs back on. I contacted another r3v member who was looking for Races to see if i could sell mine to him but he had just bought some. Damn. After discussing my dilemma i decided to go ahead and try the front races as i found out they tended to lower the back more than front. (Thanks, P!)
The front Races only lowered the front .25 inches compared to Sports. This i could live with. (My E30 is my sensible car)
So in a move that goes against the very core of r3v i decided to raise the back of the car to match the front.
I found some tough as shit plastic in my stash that was .20 inches thick and did this:

I made 8 spacers but only ended up using 6 (3 on each side) There is one above the upper spring pad and two below the lower spring pad. It was exactly what i wanted .25 inch drop all around and i really like the taut ride of this setup.
