    WTB: 1989-90 325is/1991 325i up to $6000

Looking for super clean, non-modified, 5 speed only. Willing to pay up to $6000 for the right one. Condition important, not color.

In Los Angeles area but could possibly ship or drive home.

    Thanks.

If your willing to pay up to 6k, it would be smart to consider. Everything's already been done to it (all the fun interior/exterior stuff) you just need to fix the body, drop, and add wheels. That would cost $1500-$2000 tops. That puts your final price under your budget, and you'll have a fantastic car with a great engine and cash leftover for suspension goodies

    Just sayin

If you're looking for something with an original M20 and your budget is 6k, you should be able to find something very, very mint. Shouldn't be a matter of budget, just a matter of finding the right one. Good luck!

On the wrong coast, but I have no doubt this car could make the drive. Shoot me a PM if you want to talk.

Very nice looking, however the wife is adamant about a manual transmission and I'm fairly certain she's specifically interested in a coup. Beautiful car though. If it were a 5 speed I might try to sell the idea of a 4 door to her.

Was planning on bidding on this car, with 314k Mi. !!!
Someone used the buy-it-now and paid $6,750
This one had a couple dash cracks, and some sap stains in the paint on the hood and trunk.

The unmolested, quality examples of the late model 325is are going for a lot more than they were a few years ago.

There are so few nice examples even listed for sale, but there's an endless amount of barely mediocre one's in the $3-$4.5 range.

I thought I paid a premium for my Bronzit when I shelled out the $5,500 asking price, but after tirelessly looking for a similar example for my wife for 3 months now..... it seems like I actually got a bargain.

1989 325is 5 speed California Car, w 130k mi. Original Alpine Weiss paint in stunning condition. Near mint black leather interior (zero tears with supple feel), crack free dash, and Basket weaves. All electronics work, and service lights functioning properly. A/C cold.

I'm not a modification guy, but it has some tasteful upgrades. Dinan installed free-flow exhaust and performance chip, adjustable Bilsteins, performance plugs and parts, powder coated black intake manifold, red Euro tail lights, smoked crystal angel eye set, w smoked fogs, and more.

Plus some real bonus stuff like brand new tires and what appears to be a $4,000 boutique sound system with McIntosh 2 channel tuner and McIntosh Amp.

All major service including timing belt recently completed and will be smogged just prior to pick up.

The only problem is it's for my wife, not me.

                              Price: $9,500
I'm copying + pasting this post, so I can find someone to pay 14k for my POS when I'm ready to sell.
Hell, I can even have a buddy at a shop create bogus reciepts for work and sell for $16k, roll back the tach to 130K miles and done.

                              Enjoy your e30 Sir.
