                  Can't figure out how it mounts from the thread. Is there hardware of some sort?

                      There are holes on the bottom, mounts vie bolt->washer->lip->bumper-washer->locking nut.

                      I had hardware initially, not sure what I did with it cause I can't find it if my life depended on it. Garage is a mess. Nothing you can't put together in 5 min at your local hardware store.

                          There was a couple of WTB threads on S14.net for this exact lip brother. Post this bad boy on there if you haven't already and it will be gone within a day.

                              Justttttt did! Thanks! Yea, a lot of people are looking for it and I am putting some shipping quotes for some of the guys there, just really don't want to ship.

                              Just incase anyone doesn't know, this is a very cheap price compared to the OEM piece! Savings upwards of $350.
