    M54 6 Speed 325is For Sale

Up for sale is my beloved 1987 325is. The car has 234k on it, clean title in hand and has never been in an accident. This car has been resto modded over the past couple years and is a truly a great mix of classic and modern tech. Being a 325is, the car has the Mtech steering wheel, bbs basket weaves, sport bucket seats, ‘cow catcher” front valance, and of course a 3.73 limited slip rear end.

The car has VERY little rust on it as it has spent the majority of its life in the south, with the exception of the rear battery tray.

The highlights of the build is as follows:

M54 6 speed swap professionally done by Turner Motorsport in Massachusetts, which alone cost $14,000, which includes:

M54 engine (non zhp) with ~55k on it, resealed

Zf 6 speed out of a z4, with new single mass flywheel and new clutch

Custom Castro motor sports wiring harness, - all gauges work including check panel

    Castro motor sports custom tune

    Z3m radiator, electric spal fan

    SAP delete

E36 M3 header, to bimmer World track mid pipe (stainless steel), to IE cat back exhaust. (Stainless steel)

Porsche 944 brake booster and E32 master cylinder

Z3 OE short shifter with zhp shift knob

Besides the swap, other upgrades, and areas rebuilt include:

Rebuilt Vdo gauge cluster with working, accurate, odometer

    E36 m3 Steering rack

Reinforced front and rear subframes and rear trailing arms

    New front lower control arms

Garagistic polyurethane bushings all the way around

    Bilstein b6 heavy duty shocks

    H&R sport lowering springs

ST adjustable front and rear sway bars

    ECS tuning SS brake Lines

    Newer pads and rotors,

    New rear axles

    New gas tank

Team dynamics motor sport 15X7 wheels, with Dunlop direzza 205 summer tires

Original BBS basket weaves included, with good Michelin all season tires

drivers seat has been reupholstered, $1000)

    Crack free dash

Continental VDO Bluetooth radio (looks OE)

    Euro clock

    Tucked ‘diving board’ bumpers.

    Cons:

Paint isn’t amazing,- probably the weak spot of this build

    Needs new passenger window motor

    No AC

Leather on steering wheel is worn through

Much more that I’m sure I am forgetting. This car is super reliable, runs and drives perfect. Car is currently on Martha’s Vineyard Massachusetts , where it has been the past couple of years.

Choosing to sell this has been a hard choice, but just not a in a position to own a classic a car any more. Selling this is my loss, your gain.

Any questions feel free to ask, I will be open and honest about everything i can.

You can also email me directly at calvinepiscopo@gmail.com

    Reasonable offers will be accepted.
