I purchased this car in July 2021 with just under 223k miles on the clock and the intention of having a fun project to focus on in my spare time. Shortly thereafter all of that time was consumed and focused on work and our first kid being born. This E30 has essentially been kept “in stasis” after being brought down to SoCal and up to roadworthy spec alongside a few personal taste and quality of life modifications during my short stewardship. The well-sorted state and low-mile engine means this car is destined to be driven and enjoyed, not a garage queen, so it’s time for someone else to do so!
Issues:
- Small blemishes throughout
- Rock chips, dents, scratches etc
- AC compressor is not installed, but will come with the car
- I purchased with it removed, never needed it here in SoCal
- Trunk panel is not original (all other panels match)
- Slow oil leak, likely from front crank seal
- Clear coat is peeling a little bit on the rear C-pillars and passenger door (see pictures)
- Windshield has scratches in it from wipers
- Purchased like this, didn’t bother me enough to replace
- Oil change
- Guibo + hardware replaced
- Flushed and replaced coolant, brake, and power steering fluid
- Rear sway bar installed
- Front strut brace installed
- Crankcase vent pipe correctly installed
- Valve cover gasket replaced + valve adjustment
- O2 sensor replaced (longer M10 variant to account for headers)
- Coolant thermostat (80C) + coolant temperature sensor replaced
- RevShift polyurethane motor mounts installed (to match poly trans mounts)
- Fuel filter + hose replaced
- Trunk hood shock replaced
- Catalytic converter installed after headers

Wheels: square 17x8.5 Apex ARC-8 Hyper Black (5mm spacers up front)
Tires: 215/40/17 Falken Azenis RT615 (all AMYR 20/21)
Studs: Apex 75mm stud kit

Secondary Wheels: Enkei Compe 15x7 with Nokian tires (healthy tread left)
Lights: HID low beams, smoked fog lights
Rear: Euro plate filler

Suspension: Ground Control shock mounts, Bilstein shocks, Ireland Engineering sway bars + end links, Ground Control 440lb front, 800lb rear springs, Garagistic front strut brace
Differential: 3.73 LSD
Shifting: UUC shifter + double sheer selector rod
Clutch:10lb aluminum flywheel, stage 3 clutch (Clutchnet), segmented kevlar disk w/ sprung hub. Makes for a bit of drivetrain rattle when the clutch is out!
