    1991 318is Metric Mechanic

    Hi guys,

I have a 1991 318is I am looking to sell in CT. I am looking to get $16,500.
I have a huge file from the guy who built the car. It was built in 2008 and OG forum build. Super cool car in my opinion. Everyone thinks it’s K swapped. I wish I had the time to put into it to make it perfect again. I have videos of me driving it. In its current state. I have all receipts and documents regarding the build in a binder and PDF download. The car is not in mint condition. It has a rust spot below battery tray. Otherwise pretty decent condition.

    1991 BMW 318is
Overview: Metric Mechanic Crate 2.1 Turbo Built motor
    E36 m3 transmission
    E36 m3 5 lug swap with m3 brakes
Water to air intercooler with tank
    666 fab complete turbo kit
    Z3 steering rack
    Link g2 standalone ecu
    Metric mechanic built diff
    Meth injection
    Sparco seats
    Ds2 m3 wheels
    Fire suppression system

Story: Daily drove this car for 6 months and the head cracked. Took the engine out, sent head back to MM, got it back refreshed the motor. Got it back up and running again. Took them 8 months to rebuild the head. Don’t have time for it now. RUNS AND DRIVES, doesn’t overheat.
I have a full binder of all the parts on this car. I have videos of me driving it in its current state. It would highly benefit from a newer ecu. Will come with a ton of parts.

I will post a photo album with google drive in the next link.

How does the driving experience of an E30 with this engine compare to one with a m62? I have an m62 swapped car myself.

I have had a 91 sedan m62 swap aswell, this is ALOT lighter. I would say it's about the same power but, this still has a brake boosters and stuff.
