FS: NJ 86' "Grey Market" Mtech1 325i

I have up for sale my 1986 325i with 1566xx miles. This is a grey market car so it has some neat options with it. Factory Mtech1 body kit, Houndstooth interior, black headliner, fixed 1/4 glass, factory no a/c, manual windows, etc...you get the idea. New spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil, timming sensor, crank sensor, and speed sensor. I bought the car as a project and I was going to tear it down and redo, but I just changed jobs/hours and really just have no time anymore. I made a thread a few weeks back on a starting issue and found/traced it back to a alarm that a PO had installed. When I bought the car it was half removed but the remaining portion that is still wired up is causing an issue. I don't have the time to fix it/rewire the section of harness that runs into the dme. The car starts up everytime now and runs fine, but it should be addressed and I'm not the guy to do it. Just being honest here. Any way other than that the car needs a new left door lock cylinder, and the welds of one of the exhaust pipes that go into the muffler came loose. Please just keep in mind this car is 23 years old. I'm asking 3500. for the car. I just bought a 87' 535is so I need this one gone. Send me a offer, or let me know if you would like to come and see it. Fast mover there!! The only bad is it's a 1 year only 325i 2 row ECU. Extremely hard to find ask me how I know. Tempted but damn have 6 cars to many. Rats.

Yeah, I think so also. I even bought the car for more than what I want for it. But considering the economy and the fact I feel the car is not 100 percent, I feel I have priced it accordingly. I don't want to scare anyone off about the wiring bit. I drove the car all weekend with no problems, I just want to be up front with everything! Any problems with any off my cars get resolved right away so I feel bad even offering this with out it 100%. But the truth is, like I said I have "zero" time right now and just bought another car. I'm sure this will make a great car for someone that would treat it like it should. Sorry for the rant, just trying to make this easy.

bump for a awesome rare buy. Kit alone is worth $1500. I wish you lived in Cali. so I could check the car out. When was the car repainted? Is the front spoiler cracked on the left side or just the clear pealing? Good luck with the sale man.
