not a big deal according to who? It wasn't the easiest thing in the world to get done. There were a few hoops to jump through.

according to me. i got my swap car through the referee process in about an hour. there are certain things that need to be there - charcoal canister, cat, etc - but it isn't the scary arduous process that everyone makes it out to be.

I am not going to get in a debate about the referee process. The car is CARB legal and that is that!

Be easy on me guys! There is someone out there that can appreciate and respect the Bronzit! I know it is not the most desired color in the world, but overall that car was put together right and with the new paint job, looks great. I don't need the remarks of, "should of painted it a different color." Come up with the cash to buy the car and then talk about the paint.
Yeah dude. I have a Bronzit and I've gone through numerous hypothetical situations in my head. A color change is just not worth it. It'd easily double the cost of a paint job to do it right.

                  Awesome looking car!

Looks great, but why wasn't the charcoal canister mounted under the brake booster? It's not hard to slide it back to the next mount location vs being where you have it now.

Amazing car, but the work to paint it the same color correctly is exactly the same as changing it. For 17 grand I'd really hope it was done correctly!

Yeah if pulling the entire car apart is exactly the same amount of work. NOT! There's no way to do a color change on the car correctly without pulling the car apart. Have you looked at all the places that our cars have color on them? I'm going to paint one of mine hopefully in a few months but I'm not doing a color change for that exact reason.

                            Nice car! GLWS!

Thank you madformx5! Took the words right out of my mouth

Can we get off the color topic. This is a sale thread, not a "what color you should have painted it" thread!

The majority of this car's price tag is in the motor, conversion and the additional extras (i.e 6 speed Euro tranny). There was nothing spared in doing this conversion right the first time.

                              Thanks,
                              mike
