    FS in CO: 1984 533i 5-speed (E28 content)

    SOLD!!

What we have here ladies and gents is my Alpine on black leather 1984 533i 5-speed E28 with 190k miles on the chassis.

    Here is the basic rundown:

    The Good:
has another (same) motor with less than the chassis miles, but I have no idea how much.
PRISTINE black leather interior, except the dash, and a few rips in the ceiling.
    the sunroof freaking works perfectly!
    some sort of short shifter
tinted windows (not that stupid purple bubbly crap)

    The Bad:
heat seems not to work, but the blower works fine. maybe a bad valve or something, or even a snapped cable, because the heat knob twists with no resistance at all.
a slow PS leak, where it pools up in part of the front subframe tube and then pours out when you come to a stop.
one of the rear windows moves slowly.
some small surface rust spots, and an area of cracking clear coat. Could use a paint job.

    And here are the pictures:

    $2000

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.
