            Yeah pretty badly, That engine is meant for the E30. Here is the E28 its a great runner but has tons of miles and quirks. Let me know if you need more info. 1985 535i 5sp.

                I can vouch that this car will hold heat. We got cold last winter while wrenching in the garage and moved a space heater and a case of beer into the car. With the doors closed and the windows up the interior was the perfect oasis of heat in the midst of a terrible winters chill.
