FS: 2003 M3 Vert Ti Silver Vert, SMG Mildly Modded

    Quick Specs:
    2003.5 E46 M3 Convertible, Black Leather Interior.
    117,500 Miles, SMG Transmission.
    OEM 19" Wheels.
    ZCP Cross-Drilled Brakes.
    Tein S-Tech Springs.
    OEM LED Taillights.

Just overhauled SMG transmission components, work done by Bavarian Workshop w/ receipts. Includes clutch, accumulator, relay and SMG pump.

A bit more about the car:
It's a well maintained 2003.5 BMW E46 M3 Convertible with SMGII gearbox. Exterior is Silver with Black Leather Interior. It s currently sitting on the OEM 19 Forged Alloy Wheels. Competition ZCP cross-drilled brakes (2-Piece, 13.7 Front), as well as cross-drilled rears. Xenon headlights, LED adaptive taillights, rear-parking sensors, Harman Kardon Premium Sound, and a molded fog lights.

    Maintenance & Upgrades:
Carbon Fiber interior trim and front and side grills have been replaced with a shadow line trim. Car is currently lowered on a moderate drop with Tein S-tech springs and equipped with rear spacers to complement the stance. It s been a Southern California car and has been garaged for 95% of it s life. Never seen the track or drag strip, and always driven with care. Clutch has just been replaced at 105k with an OE clutch done at Bavarian Motorworks. Along with new Rogue Engineering RTAB bushings, NGK Spark Plugs, OE Fuel Filter, Phillips HID Bulbs (for headlights), and cabin filter. A new SMG pump, accumulator and relay were also just replaced by Bavarian as the old one went out. (Paper work included). Oil is regularly maintained at 5000 miles with Castrol TWS Motorsport & OE Filter, and the rear differential fluid was also just refreshed with OE fluid. The bad.

    The cons:
The convertible top had just stopped working. The top itself is fine, but the motor seems to have reached its expectancy. Factored the repair cost into the price as Bavarian Workshop quoted it to cost $450. The front bumper has a bit of wear, and the rear trim piece by the rear window has a bit of paint defect. The part itself is easily removed to be painted without affecting the rest of the car. The remainder of the cars paint is in very good condition.

The remainder of the car is in pristine condition especially for its age. This car has a clean title as well.

118k miles? with a broken convertible top, aka all the downsides of a convertible but none of the benefits?

I would leave the tein-s-springs out of your ad. Not really a selling point. In fact prob going to turn more people off then on. As a matter of fact you should just put the factory springs back on and do the world a favor and melt down the teins.

      Clean looking car.

Do you have 7k in cash, or would that be through a loan?

I had one of these and I would be surprised it was that cheap to replace the top motor. Hell, one of those wheels goes for that much. You would likely come out better to fix the top before selling the car if that is all it would cost you.
