    Wtb 1988-1991 rx7

    Hey Guys,

In search for a rolling shell. Only criteria I have is straight chassis, clean body, and complete working interior. If the motor is blown thats fine, if there is no motor thats fine, if the paint is damaged thats fine. If you have one or know of anyone who has one please post or PM me with details, thanks!

I understand, just hoping someone knows someone or an e30 fanatic has one laying around. Thanks though.

                    tbh, rx7s > e30s. an rx7 is a sports car, e30s are not. (m3 excluded.)

rx7s are laughable when it comes to reliability though.

I had a 88 Turbo II. They are awesome cars. Should have never sold it. It was my first car :)

nice man. not a huge fan of the fc body style. but if i were to get an rx7 it would most likely be a turbo II. unless i had gobs of money. then it would be an fd with a ls1. :)

                        i have an rx8.

bought it from original owner with 35k on it.
there is only one Rx7 to buy, the FD. :(

There is a local guy in upstate NY with a white Rx-7(At my friends garage). Looks to be the year you are asking(I googled searched). Shoot me a PM, I will get you the shops phone #, I know it can be had for cheap. It is clean and white so it does look to be rust free.

P.S. to the fucking assholes on R3V, he is 100% allowed to post on here. And his reason is good. Because WHO KNOWS!

                              Thanks guys!

I definitely considered getting an e30. After some research, the RX7 met my requirements more. Both are nices cars, but for the ls1, the rx7 seemed to be the better candidate. This will be my project 11sec, 26mpg, daily driver. My cousin is jahnaboi here on this forum and if you haven't seen his e30, its beautiful. I had no doubt that if I got one it would turn out similar to his, of course with the heart of a ls1 rather than s52. =)

Your FD looks amazing. The FC I picked up is also red but the original paint is completely faded. I'm going to try to do a roll on rustoleum paint job in sunrise red. I've seen some people do it and if done proper the results are stunning! Don't know about durability but for the price on a project car, I just have to try it.

                              Thanks again,

                              -groovin
