Damn.. What a deal.. My brother has a perfect 89 325is chassis sitting in my garage that would be perfect candidate for this engine.

If I wasn't balls deep in another resto project I would be all over this. I'll forward this thread to my brother in hopes I can purchase this vicariously through him.

                    Honestly, I don't recall.
I believe it was either at Monticello or WGI.... I don't know which.

i was there when it happened - a very unfortunate incident, and we were all just glad that the owner was ok. It is / was a very nice car.

Forgot to mention that it also comes with a complete E30 M3 interior, which I believe is Tan.

Shipping estimates for enclosed transport to the West Coast are ~$1900-2300 depending on carrier.

From the East Coast to the West Coast? I don't think so...
It's enclosed transport, for a non-running vehicle. You can't drive the car on and off the hauler.

Most companies wouldn't even consider it if you mentioned it has accident damage.

I guess if someone has a friend named Bubba with a Gooseneck trailer and a tired F350 PSD and have him haul it on an open trailer across the US through rain, snow, salt... I'm sure you'd be far better off saving $200 that way. Maybe he'll do it for food and beer?!?! ;)

                              Just trying to help...

Newman International has an enclosed trailer and can ship from coast to coast for $1400 USD. If the car rolls I'm sure they can accommodate.
