From the East Coast to the West Coast? I don't think so...
It's enclosed transport, for a non-running vehicle. You can't drive the car on and off the hauler.
Most companies wouldn't even consider it if you mentioned it has accident damage.
I guess if someone has a friend named Bubba with a Gooseneck trailer and a tired F350 PSD and have him haul it on an open trailer across the US through rain, snow, salt... Newman International has an enclosed trailer and can ship from coast to coast for $1400 USD. If the car rolls I'm sure they can accommodate.
