SOLD!
Selling my '88 325is. Car is Bronzit on Natur tan leather interior, 5 speed manual, roughly 198k miles. 99% stock!! The only modifications are M3 offset front control arm bushings, and solid E21 transmission mounts. Everything else on the car is original!
Overall, the car is in phenomenal condition. The body is arrow straight with hardly a single ding, no rust, and beautiful paint. The battery box area is mint, as is the rear valance, bottoms of the fenders, rockers, etc; no surprises. The car has been repainted, but the paint looks great. Very few flaws, and they're all minor. The only real issue is the hood lift was damaged, and should be repaired/replaced so the hood does not over extend (pictured below.) The power antenna even still works perfectly! The original IS front lip was lost some time ago, and has been replaced with a more shallow I lip.
The interior is amazing. The dash is original with zero cracks or flaws. The front seats were recovered professionally with a very high grade vinyl, and they match the original rear seat perfectly. There are two relatively small tears on the driver's upper outer bolster, but the seats are otherwise flawless. The back seat itself is in gorgeous shape, and is still soft and supple. The car has obviously had floor mats it's entire life, and the carpet is in great shape. Still a couple small stains, but nothing very noticeable, and easy to shampoo out. The driver's side door card has a small repair at the very bottom, but again, nothing terribly noticeable. Headliner is mint, sunroof cover is perfect. Car is also equipped with a fully functioning map-light mirror. OBC works perfectly, including from the stalk on the column. Gauge cluster works properly as well, but the odometer has just given up as of a few months ago (Carfax can confirm the mileage is still very accurate!) The sunroof works, but the motor needs to be re-synch'd as it closes too early, and you have to keep pressing the button to shut it fully. The trunk is amazingly clean, and the spare wheel/tire look like they've never been outside of the carrier!
The car runs beautifully; no loud valve noise, no over-heating issues, and it doesn't burn a drop of anything! The transmission was replaced with a lower-mileage unit (roughly 110k.) The 3.73 rear end is in great shape as well, and the limited slip still feels fresh. In the last 3 years, the car has had a timing belt, water pump, clutch, power steering pump, a/c compressor, transmission mounts, driveshaft guibo, and center support bearing replaced. Mechanically, all it needs now is a new muffler. The car isn't at all loud, but the muffler is beginning to leak, and the case has become thin. The rear tires have a lot of tread, but are a couple years old and starting to show some age. The passenger high-beam has a crack in the lens (not collecting water), as does the driver-side fog light.
I really hate to sell the car, but I've got my 318is back on the road, and still have 4 other cars to tend to. The bronzit has been great to me; super comfortable, reliable, and a great daily. The heat and a/c work great, the cruise control works flawlessly, and the original premium audio set-up is even pretty good! The central locking works perfectly from both doors and the trunk, and the car is equipped with a functioning aftermarket alarm. I would not hesitate to drive this car anywhere. She fires up smoothly every time, and has never failed to get me where I wanted to go.

$4400, or best reasonable offer.
