91 318is not running

this e30 ran good up utill 3 days ago (thursday dec,9) and got cut off and bottomed it out on a curb trying to avoid them :( i have 0$ in my name at the moment or i would just fix it but i have to much i need to take care of already the lower oil pan is destroyed along with oil feeder (stall stem filter) also i would just put the lower pan back on but it chipped the upper pan right were it seals to the lower pan so thats a 400$ fix the car has 200k on it but my brother did a swap on the motor and tranny from another 318is but i dont have the paper work and my brother is in iraq at the moment but i believe it has 60k on the motor but not 100% i know its close to that the car is not running but ran strong with no issues at all untill this the motor was also immaditly turned off after the accident and was towed to were it sits now i was told by a few people 1200$ is fair price let me know what u guys think :D ty might take trades too feel free to ask any questions if interested

was quoted 305 for upper oil pan, 40 for oil feeder, 12 and 16 for gaskets (then your cost of oil and filter

Dude, buy the pans used. WAY less than that.

How bad is the paint? you say it is a bit faded. Is it just the typical hood trunk and rear lid that you see so often with silver e30's? Do you have a link to your pictures? they are a bit overwhelming to view here because of their size.

the hood roof and trunk are the only thing faded and the driver side has a lightly damage fender i forgot to add ill retake some clearer pics right now and make sure there smaller

the problem is not the pan its the money have way to many projects and no money i need to sadly get rid of a few and considering my e30 was my daily and is no longer running im kinda in some trouble
