Well how much did you get it for? You can start from there. However I'm interested. Pics?

There's a really nice 325es with 80k miles on ebay right now that is quite a bit more appealing than a stock 325e. It will sell later today, and you'll get a good sense of the real market from that. If it is a concours type car (I'm talking BMWCCA type "clean" concours), then I would imagine it would fetch around $5-6k from the right buyer, but if it's just a nice car with good paint, figure about $4k. The parts car should be priced separately if the good car is as good as you say. Nobody wants or needs a parts car with a "cream puff".

Pictures...its the only way for anyone to have even a hint of what the car is like, otherwise you could have your average e30 at 2k or a gem at 6k, pictures don't tell the whole story, but they certainly will help.

I am interested as far as value I have a 1987 second owner vert with 81,000 miles with every e30 option for a vert possible, including rear heated seats-no one has that, and I would be lucky to get 4K, 3K without the hardtop. I have every receipt for the car, original check and I can show you with receipts every location that this car has gotten its gas. For a steel bumper eta $2500-3K at most. That cars has no options, I would pay 2K.

Rear heated seats in a vert was an option? Where are those switches located? Pictures? What other options?

I would say 2500 max, yes it looks clean based on the cell phone pics, but at the end of the day its a non sport, e, metal bumpers.
