Asking $5200. If I don't get $5200, I'll keep it myself. Reason for selling: I want to build a clean, NA e30

Up for sale I have a 1998 BMW 540i, 6 speed manual, with just over 175k miles. If you’re looking for a 540i, THIS IS THE YEAR YOU WANT! This is an early 98 build, which means it has the NON VANOS motor.
I am not claiming this car is perfect, and I’m going to point out flaws that 99% of owners would not tell you. I don’t want anyone to drive 2+ hours only to be disappointed or upset; I’ve had it happen to me many, many times! It does have a rebuilt title; car was involved in a low speed accident to the front. The front bumper was then replaced with an OEM M5 bumper, headlights, and rims from a parts car. I would drive this car anywhere, and it’s been on multiple 3-5hr trips with me, very comfortable!
Good:
1. Plenty of power from this German V8, 282hp & 325 ft lbs. No funny noises, idles great.
2. 25-27mpg hwy with cruise at 70. Roughly 22 city depending on your driving style.
3. Last year the radiator, fan, water pump, and thermostat were replaced.
4. HIDs, Demon Eyes (red angel eyes), M5 rims/Front bumper.
Bad:
1. Scratch/wear mark on driver’s side C pillar.
2. Seat was sliced up by some jealous POS when I left my door open.
3. Rims could use refinishing, or repainting.
4. Needs upper control arm bushings! The bushings are worn out, creating a slight shimmy at 55mph (feels like an unbalanced tire) and shimmy while braking from higher speeds. This doesn’t happen all the time, but when it does happen its annoying.
5. Cluster pixels have the typical e39 failures. Some mornings you can read every pixel, most days you can just read the mileage, and nothing else. There is a company called VDO Repair that does great work fixing your stock pixels. They fixed the pixels on my M5, and the pixels on that car were much worse than this 540i has!
6. Dash lights = brake light, PO did not replace the wear sensor when he changed the brake pads- $30. Air bag light is on, not exactly sure why, but I’m sure the dealer could reset it (or you could if you have a BMW diagnostic tool). Check engine light is on due to 02 sensors. We don’t have emission testing here so I didn’t bother replacing it yet. SOME DAYS THE ONLY LIGHT ON IS THE AIRBAG, WHICH FURTHER LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THAT AN O2 SENSOR IS TO BLAME
7. Rear bumper has a crack in it, I was going to replace the bumper with an M5 bumper but didn’t get around to it.
It sounds like a lot, but it’s a 12 year old car with common/easy fixes. Compared to the 2000 M5 project car I had last year, fixing this is a walk in the park!
